I used JR Moving Services in April 2024 and it was an excellent experience! On moving day, Josh + Justin and Mike moved my 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom apartment in just over 1 hour which included disassembling and reassembling some furniture! JR Moving Services packed and moved us into our new home in August 2023 and did a great job, so would highly recommend them if you're looking for a hardworking professional team...hopefully no more moves for us though after 8 (2 international) in the last 11 years!Josh took the time to do a virtual walk through to ensure he was able to provide a competitive quote and allocate sufficient time, packing materials and muscle to get the job done. The guys wrapped and packed all of our breakables with care, so nothing was broken, and the team were polite, fun and worked well together for a successful move. Thank you for making it a less stressful move than the last....wish we had known about you in September 2022 when we moved to Niagara!

It's always nice when people make your job a lot easier and Josh Reynolds and his team deliver! A great team of moving professionals made a recent move great despite the rainy weather.Nothing arrived damaged and all of Josh's crew provided an expeditious experience due to time constraints with the condominium management. As a designer it's important to recognise a mover who demonstrates intuitiveness when setting up furniture and courtesy to all parties when under pressure. One example of this was the recommendation to attach felt protective pads to certain pieces of furniture to protect the hardwood flooring and for ease of cleaning afterwards for the owner. They arrived on time and were able to complete this project and be on their way at a reasonable time of day. JR Moving Services provides excellence almost anywhere in the Niagara/Toronto corridor. Rates are extremely competitive and offer a cost effective product. Without hesitation I would stongly recommend JR Moving Services for any moving project.

We used JR Moving Services in March, 2023 to move our offices into storage and they did a fantastic job. They were fast, courteous and Josh, who helped us get everything set up was fantastic. The only *slight* downside was that, even though we had rented two storage units they PACKED one unit (like - to the ceiling) so it's tough to access items and the other unit is only half full. Other than that, we had a great experience with them!

We were super happy with our move from a couple of hours away to Niagara. It was probably one of the hottest days of the year and the move was completed without any complaint from the movers. The guys showed up on time and we paid exactly what we had been quoted. Nothing got broken and they had to move some REALLY heavy and awkward furniture. We would definuitely use them again. This company was recommended to us by a local community service organization that deals with them, so we decided to give them a try. I can see now why the recommendation was given. I had an awesome experience with JR. We needed some things moved (not a full move, just a move of some heavy items to storage) and he gave us a great, fair quote.On the day of the move the crew showed up on time, they were all professional and showed care for our items, and they finished in good time. You can't ask for more than that. Professionalism can be hard to come by these days so I'm really glad we were told about this company. Another small thing that showed they really care about the client: the owner mentioned when I went to pay that they don't keep a client's credit card number on file. In a day and age when our data is everywhere and it seems almost no one cares about privacy and security anymore (in fact most businesses try to grab and keep as much data as possible about you even when it's unnecessary), the fact that the owner cares about protecting his clients from possible credit card fraud/data breaches etc. says a lot about his solid character in a really good way.We will be doing all our moves with them going forward and will be telling all our friends and business colleagues. From the moment that I contacted this company and spoke with Josh I was very impressed with the quick communication and attention to detail. The move happened seamlessly. NOTHING was damaged. This is probably my sixth move using a moving company and I wouldn't have used any of the other moving companies again or have recommended them. JR Moving Services set up the packing and move from a high rise condo to a senior home with an additional drop off location. I was assigned a move manager for the day and there were 4 people that packed everything and moved everything. We didn't have to lift a finger - just to point to where it was going. They had all the suggestions for the organisation of the move. Do yourself a huge favour - call them for your move .I have since used them for an additional small move of large items to another city in the region and it too was perfect!

They then had everything unloaded and put into their proper/desired places at the new house in even less time than that. Josh and every member of his team were friendly, respectful and professional.
