Items not on the itemized list may be subject to additional fees. We are not the type of company that charges an exorbitant rate for each additional item that was missed. Please be as accurate as you can.
Boxes we did not pack cannot be insured.
Pictures, TV’s and small mirrors should be packed properly with bubble wrap or in a box prior to arrival. If you did not use our packing service than unpacked items cannot be insured.
Only Cash, and Credit Card will be accepted as payment. E transfers are accepted for deposit payments only. Cheques will not be accepted.
Additional fees for keywait/elevator service or any other unforeseen waittimes are as follows: 1-3 movers – $100/hr 4-5 movers – $130/hr 6-7 movers $160/hour.
If you are not using our packing service we may refuse service if you are not packed on moving day. Unpacked items or unsealed boxes may be refused to be transported.
Any damages or disputes need to be discussed upon or before the final inspection. We will conduct a final inspection upon request. Damaged items cannot be insured after final inspection.
Plants, pets, gases & chemicals will not be transported.
Unsafe items may be refused to be transported.
A snow removal fee of $100 will be charged if pathway is not cleared for movers at the agreed start time.
We may refuse service if Bed bugs, or any other unsanitary items/conditions are present within the household. We can provide a bed bug report for a fee of $99.95+tax
We are unable to insure your items if the elevator we are using is not in service
We may be unable to insure certain items and the property due to the weight and size of the item, moving environment, or inclement weather.
